How is the party structured?VIP Parkour Ninja Parties have an assigned birthday coach that will set up and clean up the party. They will lead the guests in activities of the birthday child's choice. It can range from just open time to a variety of games we offer. Chase Tag, Ninja Obstacle Course, Dodgeball to name a few.

What ages can participate in SPF Birthday Parties?We can accommodate as young as 4 years old. However children under the age of 3 can participate with the assistance of an adult.

Can I bring outside food and drinks?Yes you are welcome to bring in anything of your choosing.

Can I purchase additional time?Yes, time can be purchased by the ½ hour for $75.00.

How far in advance should I book?Booking should be done no less than 30 days out as we have limited party times and they fill fast.

Who needs to complete waivers?All guests must have waivers on file. If they have been to SPF Parkour Academy in the past their waiver will be on file. Only guests that have not been to our facility will need to complete a waiver. Any adult that wants to go on the gym floor to observe must add themselves to their account as a student. They will receive a white wristband to enter.

What time can I check in?20 minutes prior to the start of the party.

Can I bring decorations?Yes, our party rooms are blank so that you can create your own canvas. We will provide pins to hang your decorations, no tape is permitted.

What payment is required?A $50 NON Refundable deposit is required at time of booking. A credit card must remain on file for the party and will be run after the completion of the party. Remaining balance minus the deposit, extra guests and/or time if added along with coaches' gratuity will be on the final bill.

Is there a gratuity charge?Yes, there will be 20% gratuity added to the final bill for your personal coach

What is the cancellation policy?If a party is canceled the $50 deposit is forfeited.

What footwear is required at SPF Parkour Academy?Our guests have an option of wearing tennis shoes or going barefoot throughout the gym. On trampolines NO shoes are allowed.

Can I host my party during Friday Night Nerf Wars?No this is a special event and the party rooms are not in use.

Can Nerf be added to a party?Yes you can add Nerf to a party but it must be scheduled through the front desk. There will be an assigned area for the Nerf Wars to take place.
